Andy Hayes
Andy founded the company in 2009 after 16 years in the IT industry implementing and managing large IT systems within the UK and Europe. Andy is passionate about the web and excels at finding opportunities within businesses for process improvement, commercial gain and sales generation. Andy lives in Beverley with his fiancée Sam, and daughter Daisy-May.

Julian Minshall
Julian joined the company as Sales Director. Julian has been in sales and operations roles for over 17 years and has extensive experience and success with growing businesses. Julian doesn't have the IT / web background shared by Tim and Andy which means you won't be blinded by science. Julian wants to make it easy for you to do business with indicoll.

Tim Warwick
Tim is the Technical Director. To say Tim is a catch for indicoll is a huge understatement. Tim has over 11 years experience with the web and has created software and web applications that deliver business benefits beyond anybody's expectations. Tim is a highly educated individual with a sharp sense of humour, he loves spending time with his wife Emma and 'The boy' Peter. You could not wish for anyone better to build Internet solutions for your business.
